I’m sorry bud, I don’t know why it took me three pages or whatever to tell you to try pyromancer, but here we are. If you don’t fancy being second best, why not try the new Anomaly Power build using the Techmonger set introduced in Worldslayer We feel it’s well-rounded enough to warrant the title of best Outriders Worldslayer Technomancer build. Plus, if you’re into immersion, there are a bunch of fire type things going on in the story which should help you feel more connected.Īnother important thing to say is that while trickster is very fun, most people have the most trouble with that class on their first (in your case, only) play through. Which means that pyro is a more “outriders” experience, which is what you were asking for in the first place. I guess what I’m really saying is that if you’re good at call of duty, techno will be the best to enjoy story and area, you’ll go where you want with no trouble. Techno will be less gear dependent, pyro will have more build/play style diversity through leveling. Both of them have good ranged options which can be important when you’re down to that last shooter hiding behind a wall taking potshots at you, or flying things that want to harass. Pyro has more of a magic focus and not as many skill shots and should be easier on console. Techno is more gun based and long range and pc players usually find it easier to aim. Techno if you’re playing on pc, pyro if on console. I’m going to recommend that you look into technomancer or pyromancer. If you’re only looking to play once and move through your library, that probably won’t be best for you. Like many looter games, gamers, even hardcore. Nobody likes to be told theyre playing with the worst class in Outriders. However, getting to a place where that flows and works well requires a decent amount of end game investment. A Guide to the best Outriders Builds between every class, ranked. My favorite character is my devastator, summoning spikes to crucify things and doing massive frontal cone earthquake damage fits into my vision of what a space magic shooter is supposed to be. But pyro is easily second favourite to me. So the tankiness and direct damage is welcome by myself. Being a bit older means slower reactions and poorer aim. I also like to be hitting the NPC’s at point blank range without worrying about dying. I tried blighted rounds techno but i found it incredibly. I guess the 'correct' answer would be blighted rounds technomancer, but i think most people would agree with me telling you to just pick whichever class is the most fun to you. Blighted rounds is still strong af, and easy to build. But you can hit so damn hard, more than one target at a time, in more than one direction at a time. Technomancer is currently the best class, for anything. Pyro though, that’s got loads of build viability and tinkering available to it. I’ve got a few builds I had a blast with. Devastator now is powerful and insanely difficult to be killed in. The fastest builds are with technomancer and then pyromancer. It wasn’t until one of the updates that the gap was drastically closed. But that was balanced with being harder to kill, played properly you couldn’t really be killed. Even then, it was the slowest of the classes for content clearing. It wasn’t until near end game is was a powerhouse. Devastator was the weakest of the classes at launch.
